On June 10th, 2006, the Canton of Tanwayour is honoring Talanque, our Barony's founder and this year we will celebrate the new world. There will be space provided for those who wish to show off their guilds or present crafts. Please contact the event stewards at anniversary@tanwayour.org and let them know what you wish to bring and how much, what kind of space you need.

The site opens at 8 AM on June 10th. The site closes at 6PM. The gate fee is $2 for members and $5 for non-members. The event sponsor is Canton of Tanwayour. Make checks payable to:

There is a feast after the tourney. The feast is $7 and features foods from the New World that may have been brought back by intrepid explorers. Anyone with research on foods from the new world can present a synopsis to the populace at the feast.

To get to the site:

Take I-805 south to a left (east) on Bonita Rd./E Street. Follow Bonita Road for several miles (east), Bonita Road will become San Miguel Road and the park will be on the left at the intersection with Summit Meadow Road.
